It was an incredible day a few weeks back. I had the pleasure of engaging with an amazingly engaged group at the Downingtown Area School District. As part of its Career Readiness Program speakers are enlisted to provide insight on various professions and the journey those individuals took. With his experience in the private and public sector, spanning across different industries, and as a business owner, Chai H. Respes was invited to participate. The opportunity to interact with these young talented individuals and provide a small glimpse into the incredible world of Human Resources was truly an honor.
