Chai H. Respes, PHR

Chai H. Respes has been cultivating and demonstrating his HR skills across various industries in a nearly twenty-year career. After finishing his studies at Temple University he went to work for as a Human Resources Generalist for a fortune 500 company. Over the course of his career, Chai has worked with all levels of employees and management. Chai has worked with C-Suite executives in difficult transitions and corporate closures. Chai developed HR strategies for family-run businesses which lacked the resources to ensure compliance with ever-changing labor laws.

Chai has provided leadership and development training on a variety of topics including but not limited to diversity, harassment, and employee relations. Chai has partnered with several local universities to facilitate opportunities for new graduates and local employers to engage in future opportunities.

Chai obtained his Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation through the Society in Human Resources.
